As of 4:45 today, I am on Thanksgiving Break from work. Sweet. But I did realize how much I do enjoy my job because I am genuinely going to miss those kiddos for five days. Not like I won't enjoy the vacay but it will just be weird not to hear "Ms Annie..." 78 times a day. But I did get lots of hugs from the kids, some of the parents, and my coworkers today and it made me a little misty-eyed. But you know me so that shouldn't be that surprising by this point.

It's always been a tradition in my family that we start listening to Christmas music during Thanksgiving dinner. Normally I'm not that excited about it. I mean I expect it but I don't necessarily look forward to it. But this year since I am itching to get into the holiday spirit, I am very much looking forward to it! Especially since Glee released a Christmas album and I have been making myself wait until Thanksgiving to buy it. But my will power is starting to dissipate. All I know is I can't wait to finally listen to it as well as The Charlie Brown Christmas cd. And yeah, yeah I might have a little David Archuleta from last year. What? He has the voice of an angel!

PS. Seriously can't believe I've stuck with this for 16 days. Oooooh we're halfway there. Oooooh! Living on a prayer.
